The Regent Photography solution
Getting your project captured on time to the highest quality has its challenges.
There are deadlines to hit, Projects can be handed over to the client before images are captured, Clients may require permission to get pictures, DBS or accompanied access may be required, and that’s all before you have the challenges of getting there at the right time.
We solve these issues with our Regent service. We offer the following:
- We reach out to the client directly to coordinate the visit. (If you don’t have a contact, that’s fine, we can find the best contact for you)
- We sort out any permissions that are required.
- We can research and find contacts that will allow us access to projects.
- We have the necessary DBS certification required to access schools.
- We understand active building sites and we come with all the necessary PPE.
- For projects that have already been handed over to the client, we operate on a no-win/no-fee basis. That is, if we can’t get the images you need we don’t charge you anything.
OUR PROCESS – PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY:
- Reach out to us with the project location, and a description of what you would like captured, ideally a floorplan and a contact, however, these aren’t critical.
- We reach out to the relevant parties and coordinate a day and time to visit.
- We photograph the project as per your description.
- We send all the images captured for your review.
- You pick out the images you like and we edit them up.
- The final images are sent to you along with the permission to use them as required.
OUR PROCESS – PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
- Reach out to us with a description of what you would like highlighted about your product.
- Either send us your product or we can schedule a visit to you with our mobile studio.
- We light and capture the products as stated in your description.
- We sort through all the images and send them over for your review.
- We edit them and send over the final images in the format and size you require them.
